No hot water

The water heater is an electric boiler located in the bathroom cabinet. Check that the red switch on the wall next to it is ON. The water takes about 20 minutes to heat up.

Low water pressure

If the water pressure is low in all faucets, there may be a temporary supply issue in the building. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If only one faucet is affected, check if the aerator (the small filter at the tip) is clogged.

Water shut-off valve

The main water shut-off valve is under the kitchen sink, on the left pipe. Turn it clockwise to close. Use this ONLY in case of a leak or emergency.
