Smell of gas

If you smell gas, immediately check the gas unit and make sure that all the black knobs on the right side are fully closed and in the correct position. Then, in front of the gas unit, slightly on the right side, you will find a metal valve: turn it downward to completely shut off the gas supply. After doing this, please call me immediately so I can check the apartment.

Fire

If a fire starts or something catches fire inside the apartment, immediately use the fire extinguisher to put out the flames if possible. Get to safety by leaving the property right away. Once outside, call the Fire Brigade immediately and then contact me.

Lost keys

If you lose the keys, the first thing to do is call me immediately and inform me, so I can handle the situation properly.
