Check the circuit breaker

Find the electrical panel (in the hallway closet, near the entrance). Open the panel and check if any switches are in the DOWN position. Push them back UP firmly.

Avoid overloading

The apartment has a 3kW power limit. Do not use washing machine + oven + air conditioning at the same time. Turn off one appliance before using another.

Power outlet not working

Some outlets are controlled by wall switches. Check if the switch next to the outlet is turned ON. If a single outlet doesn't work but others do, it may be a faulty outlet — contact us.
